Bovi-Shield Gold IBR-BVD is for the vaccination of healthy cattle to prevent respiratory disease caused by infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) and as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by bovine virus diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2. Give 2 ml SQ or IM. A duration of immunity has been demonstrated to be at least 9 months. Bovi-Shield Gold IBR-BVD is safe for pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows, providing they were vaccinated according to label directions with any Bovi-Shield Gold FP or Preg-Guard Gold FP vaccine within the past 12 months. Calves vaccinated before 6 months of age should be revaccinated after 6 months of age or at weaning. Annual booster is recommended. Modified live, requires mixing.
